Our technician, Ricardo has been with us for a very long time and has always been very willing to accommodate our schedules and is very very pleasant to work with.

Rebeka, my tech, is so polite and friendly. Always lets me know in advance when she is coming, checks in when she arrives for any updates or sightings of pests, and follows up immediately. It is as pleasure doing business with her.

We’ve been customers of Terminix for over 20 years! We’ve had a few technicians and Jaycob, our technician for the past few years, always does an excellent and thorough job with our regular maintenance and mosquito service! He also communicates well before, during and after each appointment. Which I really appreciate! We haven’t had any problems and if we did Terminix won’t hesitate to come back out to retreat!
