My technician, Zach, provides wonderful service and answers all my questions. The person I spoke to in the phone when I first called was not so wonderful. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing . For example, she kept telling me quarterly service meant every 6 months!

Your guy Nick went over and beyond helping my husband and me with a flooding problem during that big rainstorm in early January here in Ukiah CA. Too wet to look for bugs, Nick wrangled garden hoses and sump pumps is the pouring rain. Thanks, Nick

I like my technician, he provides excellent service. I rarely see live bugs in the house. He also works around my schedule. Terminix does a good job in retaining their good workers so that you can have the same technician come to your home for years!
