Jesse Hunt - our technician is amazing, He is polite, respectful, willing to answer any and all questions, listens to every question and always makes sure I understand and dont have any additional questions for him. He is very thorough with his inspection and ensuring that all spider webs, wasp nests are cleared away and is always looking for any situation that may be of a concern. We are on the quarterly system. We do not have to call to schedule or remind them that we need our service. We consistently get our service and the technician will text in advance to ask if we have any issues or concerns that they can address on the upcoming visit. We have used a number of different companies for our service needs, but Terminix by far has been outstanding!
