I’ve been using Terminix for almost 20 years. The reason why I gave a 10 out of 10 is because of my technician, Alex. He always provides exceptional service! If I ever have an issue Alex comes immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, and completely resolves our pest issue with safe, effective treatments. Communication is always there, and my home is completely protected.

We have had Terminix termite control for over 48 years! We have had your pest control for almost 22 years. We have a different person about everytime- that is why I gave a 9. This time I specifically ask for the spider webs to be swept down on my porch - told the guy in a text -they are still there.
