The service representative, Geoffrey Mullins, was quite diligent and thoroughly looked inside the garage and throughout the perimeter of the house for insects or mice infestation & took immediate remedial actions. Geoffrey is very professional, friendly, and interacts with customers in a pleasant, respectful manner. We prefer Geoffrey to be the regular service person from Terminix.

Jay Albin has been our guy for good while. He always lets us know in advance when he is coming and always asks if we have any special issues that need to be addressed. If we do, he takes care of them promptly, as well as doing all the other treatment that is necessary. He is prompt about telling us when his arrival time is and when he is completed. We are very pleased with his service!
Our service technician is always so polite and respectful. If we have questions, he answers them. If we have a problem to address, he will alert us. Pests/insects do not bother our home at all - they stay outside where they belong. We are very pleased with the service we receive.
Cooper came within the quoted time frame & let me know when completed and provided a written report of what was done & their findings
