I've had Terminix as my pest control and termite provider for over 20 years. Aside from the price increase over the years. I personally think being a loyal customer for so many years the price shouldn't increase. As far as service, I haven't encountered any issues with them thus far.

Christopher Keirn gave me the best service as always. He emptied out my bee jars without asking him and he helped me by reaching out to his manager for a billing issue. Highly recommend not all pest companies would go above and beyond to accommodate your needs like terminex.

They have given good service, but being on a fixed income, I can only afford to do the monthly payments for the termite protection and the pest control. I had to drop the rodent exclusion protection, as I couldn't afford it...and I've rarely had a problem with mosquitoes.
