Our technician William Jamerson is spot on every time. He checks for all the insects and other varmints since our home is close to lots of grass and trees that are not cut. He is very respectful to us as an elderly couple and any concerns we might have. We much appreciate his service to us.

I had an excellent customer service experience today with Mariah. She finally fixed my account at Briarbrook drive to reflect my correct name and contact information
Also, I had canceled service on 12/1 at a weekend house my ex husband and I sold on 12/2/25 which was never documented and handled properly. Today I received a call from Chelsea saying we owe $155 and was asking for Name removed who is my ex husband. I tried to explain that I had cancelled the account, sold the home and that First name removed was my ex and needed to be off the closed account. She transferred me to customer service and after waiting for 35 minutes was lucky to get Mariah who is a godsend. Please acknowledge her professional and customer excellence, she deserves a bonus and more!

I've had Terminix as my pest control and termite provider for over 20 years. Aside from the price increase over the years. I personally think being a loyal customer for so many years the price shouldn't increase. As far as service, I haven't encountered any issues with them thus far.

I was not at home when the technician arrived for the treatment, but he had sent a text saying he would be arriving and what he planned to do. After finishing the treatment, he sent another text advising what he found and the treatment(s) he performed. He also promptly responded to my text of questions.

Christopher Keirn gave me the best service as always. He emptied out my bee jars without asking him and he helped me by reaching out to his manager for a billing issue. Highly recommend not all pest companies would go above and beyond to accommodate your needs like terminex.
