Marcus is a great technician and is so polite and professional. He has taken care of all our needs and when we did encounter an ant issue he was right there to help. He also gives us his phone number in case we need assistance and he responds right away! We are very pleased with Marcus and Terminix due to him.
The inspector that came to my house, Austin Naples, was very thorough and detailed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
However, he technician that came the next day was less thorough and seemed to be in somewhat of a hurry. He arrived 2 hours late with no explanation.
