Everyone I've dealt with (the person who made the appointment, the inspector, the area director, the technician, etc.) has been thoroughly professional and pleasant - easy to work with, too. The work was done on time, when scheduled, and we got solid pre-service instructions. The follow-up visit was helpful, too. Most of all, I believe the problem's been solved. It's been less than a week, so I'm still on alert, so to speak. But so far, so good. And the price was competitive.
