When I first bought my house and moved in we found some unpleasant roaches that apparently came from cardboard. The cert first original tech actually explained to me and showed me photos and how/where different scenarios how we had them. He checked the whole house was very thorough and professional. He didn't even recommend the quarterly service which I have now. He laid traps and baits and did a stop by two weeks later just to see if there was any action. He didn't have to. Few months later in the summer I found wasps in my gutter and called them he came out and did a whole outside service and just from talking discussed some things and I decided to go with quartly visits. I'm now on my third different tech. And just like the others, very polite, professional. Detailed reports of findings and what they see. I won't name the name of the other companies but first two I called had no idea what the roaches even where when we discovered them. Haven't seen one since that first visit also. I have recommend Terminex to several people I know

It’s all about your technician, Karl. Karl truly (and sincerely) cares about our home and us. He is always very communicative with us. Not living at the ouse, this is very comforting for my husband and I.
Additionally, we feel that Terminix does a great job controlling the “critters” that want to make our home their home. (We live in a log cabin at the top of a mountain in the Pocono Mountains of PA).
