My appointment which required someone to be in the house was supposed to be on Wednesday am, but Terminix showed up Tuesday afternoon, and I was not home to let anyone into the house. I was not left a phone number to contact anyone if I needed to change the appointment. I am also supposed to have a termite inspection.

I completely trust the recommendations of our technician, Craig. He is very knowledgeable about all of the available options for treatment and keeps the health and safety of our family (including pets!) at the forefront. He is the best!
Cooper always does a great job. They come out when we have an emergency bug problem. Our only complaint is the cost of our contract. We know everything cost more but the price continues to go up and up. As far the workmanship and representatives they are great! But being on a fixed income it gets harder and harder to afford the service.
