A very knowledgeable young man. He advised us as to the source of the problem and gave very good information on how to get rid of the source. He then provided useful tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. He then sprayed repellent in the corners of the ceiling and along the baseboards, as well as placed those repellent sheets in strategic locations in every room. I appreciate his attention and care in educating us on how to keep this problem from continuing to happen. He advised us throw away any open food package like cereal, crackers, cookies, etc. and place any similar food products in containers with tight lids on them. I thank him very much. He knew exactly what we needed to do and was very instructive in giving us the information we needed. He told us the exact name of the pest, Indian meal moth, which I was able to look up and read about.

Well terminix has been around long before I was alive iv only had my first application yesterday out of a year program non contractual if I might add then your tech Luke was outstanding I hope he comes on next visit then your guarantee offers me more than a quarterly visit you you offer to come out at any time my infestation does not seem to be clearing up 764$ for the service at 164$ downan 49.99 per month thought was a bit much but I’m willing to see if you get the job done cause I cannot beat them roaches and I have tried so for 63$ a month looking at it that way becomes reasonable in today’s economy thanks

Terminix works very well.
It was good. However I wasn’t called to prepare for him coming nor text. It was a different person and I didn’t get an email either.
Mason the gentleman that deals with cockroaches was very nice, respectful. I had a couple of questions and he explained clearly so I would be able to understand, he also explained what he was doing and what he was using inside of the home. I also explained where they were the most worst in the house so he knew where to really spray to be able to treat the infestation
