Our service person, Steve, is great. He always is on top of things and texts me the day before he comes and when he's on his way to our house. He's always very respectful.

Hakan Ozdemir is wonderful. He is very thorough and is always pleasant. He lets me know when he's coming and is always here when he says he will be. He is the reason I stay with Terminix.

We have the best service technician (Amaya) that checks everything . we get a text saying he's coming and a follow up on the service performed.

Both the inspector and the technician were timely, although the inspector told me the technician would arrive around 1 pm and he came at 11:30. Luckily, I was home.

We are told ahead of time when our guy will be coming, and receive a text or email when he is finished. He always stops by before he leaves, and gives us a report, and asks if there is anything else he can help us with. We NEVER see bugs in the house. I can call the office and get any information I need, and everyone who works for the company is always nice and helpful.
