My pest control technician, Luis Torres, is fantastic! He is always smiling and friendly, works efficiently, and always gives us a full report on what he has found (or not found). Your termite program got too expensive and I found another provider, but I will keep the pest control contract as long as Luis is here.

We have recurring service at my mom's house every 3 months. She had been using Terminix for quite a while. She passed away in October, but I have continued the service, and happy that I did. Chris, our first tech, was wonderful and my mom had nothing but great things to say about him. When I was told that the company was shifting around techs, I was a little concerned because I was familiar with Chris, and thought it would be tough to change to a new tech. But Ken came to my mom's house this week and he was wonderful. He kept in touch when he was running a little late, did a thorough check (and found dead mice in the basement!) and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend Terminix to friends and family. Thanks!!

The associate (same guy as always) is very professional, arrives as scheduled, and always asking "do u have any other pest issues that I can resolve?" before leaving. He also does all these with a smile.
