I appreciate the reminder notification a day ahead of time and just before the technician arrives. I also appreciate the post visit notification. There is opportunity to ask questions if necessary. The service is always completed and a report is given. I can call back for service if needed.

we are extremely satisfied with our technician Jason Stanley. His weekly work is excellent and his handling and presence helped us deal with a cold weather appearance of rats. He set traps, took care of the traps and made sure defects in our sidings were repaired quickly.
The only negative in this episode which took our rating from 10 to 9 was the high pressure inappropriately timed presentation of the need to replace insulation in our attic. We may do so but at a less stressful time than when we successfully dealt with the rats. We have been Terminix customers for 25 years in our current house and for many years prior in our previous house also in the st. pete-seminole area.
Showed up on time and the service was explained to us. Fast, efficient service. Thank you.
