Terminix employees always, always, always give great customer service. It starts with the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes out to spray for bugs, or looks in our attic for critters or checking for termites. I do not have a bad thing to say about the company or the employees. Great job!
Solved my ant problem, both flying and black ants. Staff is competent, responsive, easy to deal with and willing to take the time to answer my questions.

Before every service, Jesus calls to remind me when he’s coming. This is so thoughtful, because I can unlock my gate. He always remembers to lock it for me after, which is important. I have a pool and it would be a huge liability.

Brian has been excellent from start to finish. He is professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely takes the time to make sure the job is done right. He does not just come in, spray, and leave. He actually explains what he is doing, checks the areas thoroughly, answers questions, and makes sure we understand what to expect.
What stands out most is his consistency and attention to detail. Every time Brian comes out, he is courteous, on time, and takes pride in his work. You can tell he cares about the quality of the service and the customer experience, not just checking a box and moving on to the next appointment.
We have had a great experience with Brian and would absolutely recommend him to anyone using Terminix. He is a great representative of the company, and honestly, having someone like Brian servicing our home makes a big difference. Terminix should know that they have someone who represents the brand extremely well.
