Terminix has been my pest control service provider for over10 years. Sean Dillard has been my technician since 2023. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, trustworthy, and courteous. We are very pleased with the service he provides and will continue with Terminix as long as Mr. Dillard is our assigned technician.

Sam, my quarterly guy was the only one who helped me with my problem. He immeditly
called his manager and sent me a link for my taxes even though before Sam for three weeks I tried to find out the ramifications for a tax deduction on my 2025 tax return for my attic's new
insulation 2-11-2025 for $6,487.20. My accountant informed me that she needed the breakdown between labor and materials as labor did not qualify for the energy reduction on our tax
return. Thanks to Sam's quick response,I was able to print out what I needed; however,
the information provided were printed out to a little less than 20 sheets with 4 more for the
tax form #5695! After reading through the qualifications, I decided to opt out of the energy
deduction because it was not worth it.. We missed the April 15th deadline and had to file for
an extension.as well..
