Terminix always makes time for my routine and annual service visits. The field crew is very professional and always keeps me posted as to their timing for the service visits and follows up with information regarding the condition of my home.

My technician. He is the best! I always feel informed about what he is targeting and he takes the time to answer questions I may have. He respects me and my property. I am very happy with the services provided! Not all technicians I have had have been as good.
Frank got rid of most of my bugs, so I recommended Terminix to my friend who had giant ants in his kitchen. He called Terminix and now he has no more ants.

I told the tech exactly what was going on and he sprayed everything that was needed ! I also asked him if there was anything I could spray or put down in between the service intervals and he told me if I continue to see an issue to call and have him come back out
