I live in a condominium & before I started with terminex whenever anyone in the building did work in their apt. Roaches would come in...now I haven't seen a single bug in years!

Like Terminix service but don’t like the way the company set up appointment arbitrarily without any notice to customer as to whether they will even be home at that time.
Not the Terminix guy doing the service, but the companies disrespect for the customers time.
Our Technician Nick does a superb job but even more importantly he is a wonderful resource for other pest issues that Terminix does not cover like snakes, deer, rabbits etc.
Toufic Attie did our first service call and did a great job. He made time on a Friday late afternoon to fit us in. Very thorough and professional.

Terminix does a very good job of keeping the bugs at bay. The people are knowledgable and good to work with.
Clay is very thorough and informed me each time he saw something, or once he was completed. He would also provide an update on time frame of when he would reach my home.
