Good service, on time, thorough.
Hi! I had a problem with ants in my home. I contacted Cooper Pest Solutions and left a message. Eileen from Cooper Pest Solutions called me back. I explained my problem and she made me an appointment for a Pest Control Expert, Darrell, to come the next morning between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. I received a call from Darrell the next morning and he came around 8:30 am. l have not had any problems with ants since Darrell came. I was very happy with Eileen who was very helpful explaining what would be done. Then, I was very happy with Darrell who was friendly, did his job and explained how he was going about what he was doing.
I will be recommending Cooper Pest Solutions to family and neighbors who have any Pest problems.

I like Colton the technician who is very thorough, accommodating, polite and friendly, and that is why I gave Terminix a 10. However I was not treated nicely when my termite contract ended and Terminix would not renew without extensive changes. Therefore I am looking for another pest control company to replace Terminix

Mr. Higgins is always a great professional and ambassador of the Terminix Brand. He checks in before the visit to notify us that he will be on property. Additionally, he checks in to see if we have any new issues that need to be addressed during his visit. Lastly, he always follows up after the service.
