Overall great job- communicated ahead of appointment, ETA on the day of appointment, & after the job was completed with detailed report. Appreciate that level communication. Thankful that he knocked down wasp nests, and was careful dusting around the window screens and was not overly rough on screens.
Only blemish being that the pest spray mix left dark spotchy areas on our pool patio perimeter where it was sprayed? Will not come off easily? Did spray solution need to be mixed more thoroughly? Not sure. This has happened in the past with different service techs. Not sure of the issue.
Your field techs are great but your pricing is still high.
