The service technician Chris is so polite, sociable and pleasant while maintaining a professionalism that is superb. He checks thoroughly while always keeping me informed of any matters concerning various possible pests and/or problems. He does a thorough job always.
I now live in Texas but family lives in my house in RI. Jeffery has slswsys been helpful and friendly. He sends reports to me. We have not had any more problems with the house.

Our Terminex tech Issac does a great job. We have lived in the same house for 30 years. We had always had multiple attacks from the black Argentinian ants each year. Since we’ve had Terminex, we have not had one attack. Not one! We are very happy with the service Issac has given us the last four years.

I like that the price went down after the first year and that the technician Mike is very professional in doing his job and notifying me 24 hours before he is scheduled to come out.
I really like Terminix and they have been wonderful for us, however I do know it is too pricy for many of my friends.
