Service is satisfactory but scheduling of treatment calls is sometimes inconvenient. (Technician picks date & time.) Have had to request another appointment.

The Technician heard and saw our concerns. He understood and treated the house accordingly. Also, phone tech support took our issue concerns about schedule and change request to a more attentive and competent field Technician seriously and made the necessary changes to accommodate our request.

Sarah Vanhimbergen really put my family first i was having a baby and had cockroaches for years even with terminex. Sarah told me I could text her and she would make the appointment for me. She came back multiple times. Until we were cockroach free. Her caring for me and my family i am just starting meant the world to me. I have since recommended my mom and best friend to get terminex and told them if they cant get rid of something message Sarah. She is the best.

Terminix always calls ahead & notifies of date & time of visit. They show up and then leave a report 0f their activities, service and findings and will report to the homeowner if home. Terminix agents are always, professional, polite, courteous and informative.

A shout out to Cordell Johnson and his colleagues who are always courteous and professional when they go about their work to service our home perimeter. Cordell always leaves a detailed report. This past summer, he and his colleagues came out two extra times to ensure that wasps entering into a wall from outside was thoroughly sprayed to resolve this issue. We have used Terminix for over 10 years and our home has remained bug and rodent free which is peace of mind. Thanks guys and Happy Holidays! CW
