I have a new technician, Fale Laeli, This is my relative home, that I help take care for them. I explained to Fale, that we need to schedule my aunt home first & them go over to my house, across the main street in Ewa Beach. Fale accommodated, my request. He said the previous technician Erhart explained to him, that the two homes are done on the same day. I explained to Fale what needed to be done inside and outside of the home. Thank you, Fale for treating & take care of my relative home with Terminix service.

Though we have quarterly service, we suddenly had an infestation of ants (after a rainstorm). I called to see if someone could come out and was told it would be the next week. However, within hours, I had a notification that someone could come out the very next day. So grateful and the problem was resolved - no more ants! Thank you for your continued great service!
