We have been with Terminix for many years, they do a really great job , taking care of our home and property. Peter Volk is an amazing technician. He pays attention to everything detail to make our home safely free from pests, rodents and insects. He is always on time, and he provides wonderful communication. He explains everything he does and provides positive feedback on the service and products that he uses. He is also very friendly.

I usually don’t fill out reviews but I feel Ratu Bevu deserves a good review. I have a four year old daughter and was busy when he arrived and I needed an extra 5 minutes, when I did meet him he greeted me with a smile and made friendly small talk, there was no awkwardness. When he came in he was very nice to my wife and daughter and he was able to quickly identify what we needed and answered all our questions. When he left I told my wife Ratu was really good and my wife, daughter and I all liked him. Highly recommend Ratu!!

Thoroughness. Spiderwebs gone. I find dead roaches within a week of visit and very few dead or live roaches afterward. No scritching in the walls, which is evidence of ants. No notice of dead critters in the crawl space. Ants are treated. I hate ants.

The service guys notify when they will be at your home. Arrive on stated time. Notify you when they have completed the job. Ask if there is anything else that they can do for you.
