I have known Kirk from years ago when he was taking care of rodent problem at TJ Maxx/HomeGoods Petaluma location. I happen to run into him a few weeks back he was servicing a customer in my neighborhood, asked for his card and I told him about my current situation with possible rats. He said he was happy to help, contact him and schedule the appointment. The appointment was set for the following week and I also had my neighbor next door sign up with Kirk. Very pleased with Kirk's promptness and he explained everything he would do for the next few visits. I'm in for the long haul with Terminix and Kirk.
