I have always used Terminix since 1979 when we prepared the ground for building our home. I hope to continue, it’s almost unaffordable now though. I’m on a widowed income now.
When I receive the txt that Terminix would arrive the next day. I asked for a few sticky traps. My technician evidently forgot.
I had a brown recluse problem, you replaced my attic insulation because you said I had a mouse issue. I also had my crawl space under my house powered & you installed a new door . You checked my exterior & fixed a few possible entry points. I found a mouse inside my house today !!! Caught in a sticky trap. If possible I need more traps. Please continue to assist me.

No reason, other than he is here for about 5 minutes spraying the exterior, and the charge is $208.19.

I use to have inside and outside sprayed for a lot less from your service

I have been a long-time customer of Terminix in Pennsylvania and have had a very good experience. Expensive, but great service. Our technician, Pat, is amazing.

However, I recently bought a second home in North Carolina and due to my experience in PA I opted to use Terminix in North Carolina. So far the service provided by the NC team has been great. Expensive, but great.

The problem is that it has been extremely frustrating and difficult to get things set up so I can manage my account online. After many hours on the phone talking to four different Terminix representatives it became apparent that the Terminix North Carolina operations do not use the same online systems as they do in Pennsylvania.

This lack of continuity between Terminix's various service areas, and apparent lack of understanding on the part of the Terminix staff that there is a lack of continuity, really makes it difficult for the homeowner and does not put Terminix in the best light.

Every technician who has come to my house for Terminix is extremely polite and considerate. They call ahead, confirm arrival, double check my needs, and perform their job. If I need in-house service, they come prepared. If I ask them to do only outside, they come and do their work without interruption and leave. It is a pleasure dealing with your service personnel.
