We have been using Terminix since we moved to Tyler, TX. Our technician, Todd is excellent!! He makes sure the entire house is treated and if we have any areas we are concerned about, he makes sure to take care of them. He is honest and answers any question we have about various treatments. We added a mosquito service that he thought would work even with the pond and all of the trees we have near our home. It has worked great! He is also sweet with our dogs; he always pets them when he gets here!
Jeffery (termite control) and Antonio (terminix) both very professional and efficient. Provided notification and feedback timely.
