Terminix communication was to the point, technician reached on time, service technician was very humble and courteous, he attended to all areas as necessary.
He came when he was supposed to. He called after he was done. Explained what he did. My wife asked about 🐜. He said he had done work about ants in March. Early this year.

The primary reason I give Terminix my highest marks is David Baucom, my service technician. I've been with Terminix for something like 40 years, since I first moved into my house . . . and, David is absolutely the best!!! He always coordinates delivery dates and times with me beforehand, which I really appreciate . . . and, always does a complete and thorough job, so my house remains pest free.
Mr. Rebbert continues to be one of the most professional vendors I have ever worked with. He uses care and caution on private property, is one of the most polite people around and always completes the job no matter the circumstance.

For the most part they are great, only problem is that they have become pricey in recent years. Maybe start having packages so that it won't be too expensive ,, like maybe a package that includes pest control, mosquito control, & shrubs all in one package. Anyway the techs are always polite, punctual, & thorough.
My long time technician is professional, thorough in his routine inspections and recommendations. Communication of appts, reschedules and additional needed services are always clear and prompt. Would not use any other company.
