Our Terminix technician is always very thorough and professional. Since Terminix has been handling our pest control service, we have had very few pest issues inside our home. Our area has a very high concentration of ants, the quarterly treatments keep them outside. Our technician always starts the service by asking what issues we are seeing. If there's something outside the norm, he addresses that along with the regular treatment.

Our Tech Brian sprays our person home and our 5 tiny home airbnb rentals. He s a very kind man and so thorough. Anytime we have a issue, he moves his schedule around to fit us in as soon a possible. We consider him a friend.

Whenever I call Terminix, whoever answers is pleasant and always a pleasure to speak with. The technician who comes to the house, Jerry Sanchez, is beyond wonderful. He always calls me and tells me what time he will be there and if there is anything I need, just to call him and let him know. He is a great guy and I'm lucky to have him as my tech.
