The process went smoothly-- minimal water was used, so the carpets did not smell as they dried, and they dried quickly. There is a brighter appearance to the carpeting now. This has added a few years onto the lifespan of our carpeting.

Jourdan, our assigned tech was extremely respectful, hard-working, kind and personable. He also did a great job. I hired Zerorez to clean the carpets in my parents' home. They very recently passed away and Jourdan was so appropriately considerate of my situation and I appreciated his wonderful service and kindness.

the tech Lance was polite very informative. I liked how they protected corners of my walls with some plastic coverups. explained everything how they worked and made sure we were happy with the turnout of the cleaning.
