The best part was the technician, Dain! He was very professional and knowledgeable about Zerorez products and service. He was very thorough while cleaning my carpets and did go back over spots he thought were not clean enough without my asking. He kept the rest of my house clean and he was careful with my hardwood floors not to drip any liquid on them. Dain was super nice and very personable. I was totally at ease and very pleased with the entire process!
