Our service was great. I wish I could remember the guy's name who cleaned the carpets. He was so very kind!! My mother is elderly and has some memory loss and he was so patient with her and caring. Please extend my appreciation to the young man. Also, her home and carpets are very old, and they looked great.
Hello, first of all the agent was most polite, with kindness and generosity. He was sufficiently on time and as a matter of fact he was an 2 hours early. Which I was most grateful for. He came set up Hos equipment and went tight to work. He really madde an impacted I am sooo satisfied. Ive had had many other cleaning from come in to clean my carpet it comes to no comparison to ZEROREZ. Thank U fir ur loyalty and honesty for keeping what U day you guys do is true.
