Every person we talked to and interacted with was kind and helpful, and our technician was very professional, yet approachable. He did an amazing job with our carpets, including several sets of steps. Having four pets, we were very excited to have clean carpets, and we were very happy with the results! John was our service technician. He worked hard, was very thorough in his explanations and did a very nice job. He was very polite and respectful. There was a tough coffee stain that he was able to remove. Unfortunately, when it dried, it has resurfaced in a couple of spots.
It was very easy to get an appointment for the time and date that I wanted.
Tyler did an excellent job and was prompt and courteous.
My carpet looks wonderful. I am very pleased with the job and with Tyler.

This is the 2nd time I have used your services, and I will continue to do so. Work was again carefully completed by knowledgeable, friendly & personable technicians (Lance Cain & trainee Michael) ! Carpets & sofa were “sparkling clean” when they finished the job. Give your techs 10 stars for their excellent work on heavily “dog stained” carpets & sofa. They were also careful to protect other furniture & woodwork as they cleaned.
Carpeting was relatively dry when they finished up. Scheduling was easy.

Our technician, Anthony, was prompt, friendly and thorough. He did a great job. We had an urgent need for this carpet cleaning and were able to get scheduled within 24 hours of calling which was greatly appreciated.
Although I'm not entirely familiar with that type of service the Zerorez staff appeared to be well trained and experienced with the work. They were also considerate toward answering questions pertaining to the process. Thank you for the service.
Service was exceptional, Dane explained everything took his time to complete entire rooms . And carpets looked and smelled amazing when complete. Man deserves a raise imo , because most places would rush job if it was final stop of there route . Thank you!
