The technician arrived promptly on time and explained all of the processes that he would be performing. He was very knowledgeable about his job and was very friendly. He completed the cleaning to our satisfaction and cleaned up as he went along. The carpet cleaning came out wonderful. He then cleaned our ceramic tile to the point where it looked like it when it was installed 20 years ago!!! Overall we were extremely pleased with this service!!! We would recommend this company!!!

The services could be a bit cheaper price wise, but the service associates Giage and Eric were professional and very nice. Giage gave a good rundown of what would happen and how it would be cleaned which helped me understand how my ducts would be cleaned. He was honest when I had questions about removing smells and he explained the services that zerorez offers to help mitigate them which helped me decide on what was right for my situation.

Serviceman had a Smile and was very pleasant. Explained everything he was going to do and the carpet came out great.

David called and said he would be arriving at about 8:15 a.m. Arrived on time and explained the process - told him about my Cat's accident and he gave me a detailed explanation as to exactly what he was going to do. Asked if I had any questions and then proceeded. He went right to work and completed the job in record time. Told me not to open any windows and to keep the heat between 70-72 degrees.
