We are getting ready to replace our carpet and gave cleaning it one last try. Having worked a truck mount (Butler) many years ago I assessed it would be marginally clean. Boy was I wrong. It color was nearly the same when new 7 years ago. I still can't believe it. We hired Stanley Steamer of Boardman Ohio last year and the tech was less than appropriate to my wife and they billed us nearly 300$$ over the quote.

Serviceman was excellent. We did a walkthrough before he started and he let me know of some tough spots that may not come out.

When my wife came home she was pleased and stated that the house didn't have a chemical odor like some previous cleanings.
