The first inquiry didn't go so well she wanted my room dimensions and said if they weren't 12x12 they wouldn't qualify for the special so I went home and measured and they were different, but there were only two rooms. When I called w/dimensions the girl was super-nice and said I still got that rate and I could throw in something else. I added the steps leading down to my gameroom. The phone calls letting me know exactly when they'd be here was great and the technician was the nicest guy in the world - mentioned other services, but no pressure - I haven't stopped talking about the great results.

I was very pleased with my technician, Taylor Heasley. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me so that I understood the processes and products he was using.
I had my ceramic tile and grout cleaned and sealed. It looks like the day it was put in! I was only disappointed that either the pretreat or the sealer oversprayed onto my Mexican tile floor in the kitchen and has left what seem to be permanent discoloration.

Got some difficult stains out which is greatly appreciated. For the price though, I wish you sent out more than 1 technician so they could move around furniture. I understand over sized furniture is hard to move but some can just be slid around, and they weren't. I wasn't hovering so I didn't realize until after the gentleman left. I was impressed by the job well done so I wish some of the missed areas would have been included.
