The appointment was easy to schedule. The tech that treated my floors was super knowledgeable, friendly and right on time. My floors look and feel amazing. I didn't think my tile floor would ever look new again. I can't stop starring at it. I am so pleased with the results.
My rugs look beautiful. They are seventeen years old so I was not sure if the cleaning would help. They looked pretty bad. I watch my grand kids at least twice a week. They are five year old triplets and are always spilling things.

The Tech was behind schedule. He was to arrive about 4:00 p.m. and didn't get there until closer to 7:00 p.m. It is a good thing the Tech was friendly and did a good job or I would never recommend Zerorez.

The results were truly amazing! Our carpet basically looks like new after being cleaned. I love the system you use as I am a very health conscious person. Knowing that the treatments are safe for my family and my pet is just an added bonus on top of how amazing the carpets look. We also had our tile and grout cleaned and sealed it I am so happy with the results! The service man was TOP NOTCH!
