Exceptional job by technician. Carpets look great, not overly wet and dried very quickly. When I called to schedule, they had a record that I had called a few months back (just for pricing) after being very unsatisfied with Stanley Steamer and carpets being soaked. They had it on record, even though I didn't even bring it up when scheduling this time. Technician knew as well and placed driers on carpet to help speed drying time. Customer service is above and beyond. I will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you!

I like that you do not use any chemicals in your products that are pit on our carpets. I have 2 children and a dog, I don't want them exposed to toxic chemicals while playing in the carpet.

I found the service to be exceptional. The work started on time and finished quickly. Everything is so clean! The natural-based cleaners do not leave the normal chemical stink. It was a purchase I enjoyed making and will make again!

Competent. Wall corners were covered as to not get dinged and floors were done carefully and thoroughly. The machine is the quietest i have ever heard and the door covering is also great!
