NO wait for the appointment. Since there was a special running I thought for sure I would have to wait forever to get an appt. NOPE, 2 days later and you were at my door! Rachael K. was very knowledgeable about products and services and explained every step to me. She was very friendly and very efficient. I thought there would be a strong odor but there was none. Dry time was much quicker then I anticipated since it's winter and I couldn't open the windows. I would definitely recommend the service and I will definitely use Zerorez again.

We have attempted to clean our carpet ourselves in the past, which was only partially successful. From there, we would contact companies offering specials, which was pretty much the same end result. Our carpeting is quite old (about 15-20 years) and we are looking to replace it sometime in the not too distant future. However, that is quite a few years down the road. We were very happy with the work done by your company. The carpet looks really good for the wear and tear and the age of it. Your representative was very courteous, pleasant and quite knowledge about the product. I can say, without a doubt, that even after we replace our existing carpet, we will go through your company to have our carpeting cleaned, as well as furniture. Thank you very much!

I like that you take your time and don't rush through the process. I had three rooms cleaned and it took the technician 2.5 hours. I have had my carpets cleaned by a few other companies and nobody took their time to make sure my carpets looked perfect.

My appointment was scheduled between 11:00 am and 2:00pm on a Saturday. At 11:01, the tech called to tell me he would be at my house in 20 minutes. I liked that I didn't have to wait for my appointment. He was very professional, knowledgeable about his products, and a hard worker!! My home smelled nice and fresh when he was all done. My experience with zerorez was fabulous, and my carpets look great! I will refer my friends and family and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you!!
My carpet cleaner guy was so nice! He was late but he made sure to call and he played with our dog. He made us feel vertu comfortable although the carpets were horrendous, he also worked miracles in a very short time.

Seemed to do a very nice cleaning of the two bedrooms I had done. The technician was very professional and I appreciated his honest opinion.
Our technician, Rachael, was awesome. She called in the morning to see if we wanted to move our appointment earlier and unfortunately we couldn't. She called later in the day to let me know she was on her way and arrived when she said she would. She was super friendly and professional and explained a few things about our carpet when she and I did the walk-through. She explained how we could pay a little extra to try and get some stains out and the extra treatment she used worked. We can barely tell where the stains used to be and are very pleased with the results. I was feeling a little anxiety about getting things out of the way for her to work and not being completely prepared (we are in the process of downsizing, packing and moving) and her easy-going attitude put me at ease. Since she knew we were getting the carpets cleaned so we could sell our house, she gave a us a few tips and tricks to helping the carpet continue to look great through the showings, including leaving some blue booties for us to use and showing us the carpet rake and explaining we could pick one up at Lowe's (we ordered one already). She's wonderful and if we weren't moving, I'd schedule her twice a year at least. I will definitely be recommending Zerorez and especially Rachael to my friends and family in the area.

The carpets look good and they dried very quickly.
We were very happy with the service provided by Zerorez. The technician, Dave, was very nice and professional. He answered all of our questions and did a fantastic job.
We would like to point out a few things that somewhat bothered us. It would have been appreciated if the technician wore "booties" when he first entered our house. He was there to give an estimate and walked through our house with tennis shoes. He worked kindly with our quote but you don't have our business until we agree on the cost and give the "ok". After we agreed to the carpet cleaning, the technician entered and exited the house without wiping his feet. We think a throw carpet placed near the door would have helped. He walked across an entryway carpet was wasn't to be cleaned. Lastly, our carpets were cleaned on a Thursday afternoon and we were told they would be damp for 6-8 hours, 12 at most. We didn't move our furniture back until Sunday. They were still damp Saturday. Thus wasn't a problem for us but it could be for some people.
Again, the technician was great and we would recommend Zerorez.
