I like the cleaning solution and product used. It leaves no soap and residue in the carpet to attract dirt.The carpet is clean and sanitized. My carpets are spotless and look and feel like new.
They were very professional and did a very nice job cleaning our carpets. Only problem was there is a spot left on our driveway where the water must have spilled out and you can see a film of some sort on the driveway.
I like the fact that you can remove the smell of dog urine from my carpets. I thought the service was a tad expensive for the urine smell removal and I think the tech missed a spot which was disappointing.
They got the carpets really clean without leaving them sopping wet. They were prompt friendly and courteous and I felt comfortable having them in my home.
I really like that it doesn't smell like chemicals and that the person who did our cleaning was totally honest about pet issues and didn't try to take advantage of us.
