The technician was thorough in his cleaning and the work was done quickly with a quality result. He spent time to describe the process before hand so we understood exactly what was going into our carpet. He provided post cleaning information to help us keep the carpet clean for longer. He offered us a product that doesn't bleach colored carpets when removing stains and spills. To top it off he left two sets of shoe covers to make sure we did not trek dirt across the newly cleaned carpet. It was a great experience that I would most definitely recommend to family and friends.

Bradley Goe was our technician. I would highly recommend him to work for family and friends. He paid very close attention to my requests and needs (son has allergy and health issues). He did a thorough job; was diligent and exercised caution using the equipment in my home around furniture and baseboards. I was very satisfied with how clean the carpets were when he was done---better than companies we have used in the past!

Scheduling was very easy. I called in multiple times and the first time was just to get a few questions answered and the 2nd call in was to schedule the appointment. I had heard good things about this company and after talking to them on the phone multiple times I was even more impressed. Got email and phone call confirmations / reminders leading up to the appointment and the driver even called when he was in route and they stuck with there estimated time window which allowed me to plan out my day. The tech Taylor who was at the house did a great job and was friendly and professional.

The corner protectors and the door cover that was put up was a nice touch. Carpets came out the same as Stanley Steamer, but the little things like the corner protectors and blue door screen were nice.

From the initial quote appointment to the actual cleaning, Zerorez exceeded my expectations. Rachel Kulka was so knowledgeable and helpful at the initial estimate appointment that I actually requested her to be present at the cleaning appointment too! The cleaning procedure did a wonderful job on our retail store's very dirty carpets and dried completely by morning so there was no disruption to our business. I am so pleased that I plan on using them in my own home!

All of my carpet looks great. They were very professional and know their product. I called back regarding a small stain that didn't come out originally and they were happy to come back out and address it. They retrated the area and the stain is gone. Excellent job. Kudos to Rachel and John.
