I did respond to this feedback request. We are very pleased with the results of having your company clean our carpets and 3 pieces of furniture. From our initial contact with your company after hearing your commercial on KDKA morning radio to having Taylor in our home. When he came to provide your service, he viewed the carpeting and furniture pieces and explained the entire process with us. After which he went to work and worked hard at cleaning. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We definitely like the fact that no chemicals or soapy solutions were used. It was just clean and fresh.
