service rep was great - he was on time, polite, professional, was able to get a bad stain removed.

Additionally, he blocked off my door so that my AC stayed in and he also wiped down my walls and used protection on my corner walls so they hose/tubes didn't scratch my walls.

Overall - this was much better than the other company I used in the past.

Person who came was very professional and explained the service. He was finished in just a few hours and the carpet was dried completely by the end of the day. I like that they do not use harsh chemicals to clean the carpets. It has been about a month and my carpet still looks great!

How it cleans and sanitizes

I thought that Brad was very personable and was able to answer my questions. I believe that your products (cleaning and future stain prevention) did a great job. To improve the service I wouldn't start with "I don't clear items from the floor.". Of course most things should be picked up but everyone has floor lamps, benches, magazines in a corner, shoes in a closet floor, etc. that should be picked up and put on a hard floor surface or bed to be clean the underlying carpet from dust. Your service is more expensive that I have paid in the past with another privately owned service and they used to move furniture (exception beds, anything with TV equipment, heavy dressers). Brad ended up moving those small things but it would give me more comfort and satisfaction if the conversation didn't begin with resistance.
