Brad was very pleasant and thorough. He took the time to walk through the house, look at the areas I requested to have cleaned and made sure that I was comfortable with the cleaning plan. He chencked in during the cleaning to show me areas that I had concern about and how he was treating them. He explained everything at the end of the service. Great experience!
