My carpet was really dirty with pet and kid dirt and grime. Had not been cleaned for many years. I was going to have it removed. Reconsidered realizing that the carpet, although, old was not worn out. Took advantage of the Zerorez special offer and the result was better than expected. Looking new, fresh and odor free. The process was thorough and efficient. The agents were informative, polite and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Zerorez was absolutely amazing! My carpets were filthy so the technician (John) told me up front that they weren't going to end up being perfect and I was okay with that. However, when he completed the cleaning process my carpets looked brand new! He even went over the extra dirty spots a second time to make sure they were as clean as they could be.The whole process took about an hour, but the time flew by as John was very personable and fun to talk to! I honestly would never go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs.

I thought the cleaning was thorough and well done. I like the idea that there will be less residue left in the carpet but I will have to wait and see if that makes an actual difference in how clean my carpet stays.

I was very pleased with the two men who came and cleaned our carpets. They were very professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job and were very careful of everything in our home. My carpets have never looked better! Best of all, they were dry in hours, not days like other cleaning services. My carpets are so soft now and I truly do not feel any residue.
