Zerorez has managed to schedule me quickly two different times within 3 months to get a date that worked with my schedule. Afterwards, the carpets looked new and the house smelled wonderful. The extra pet service option is worth the money. My new cats couldn’t tell other pets had ever been there and it was a nice surprise to learn the carpeted cat trees could be cleaned too!

Our service guy removed a large stain that was over 3 foot long, he took the pet smell outta our new carpet and restored it back to its original look from last year! We liked that there are no chemical used to clean the carpets as well as the quick drying time. Technician John contacted us prior to arrival as promised and was at the early end of our stated window. He was professional and answered questions regarding the process while he worked to clean our carpets in an efficient, but thorough manner.

The price is very competitive, and specials are great. The availability for service date was quick, techs were great. Our first one was on time and the second called to see if he could come early.

About your products, we found the scent was not overwhelming and didn't bother our allergies. I thought the carpet needed to be replaced, but after being cleaned it looks like new. What a relief!
