I loved the way my carpets looked. They were so much brighter and in the bedroom the traffic pattern and stains were gone. The technician was really personable and pleasant. Informed me about services and listened to my concerns. Very polite. I feel my rugs were cleaner than they have been when done with traditional steam cleaners.

We had some carpets in our house cleaned and I think they look really good! We had some black areas along edges or upstairs bedroom and in our hallway and stairs cause the carpets are old and Zerorez fixed them up! They look so much better. And everything feels and smells better too since we have a big hairy dog and he sheds and stinks haha!
