My technician was friendly and did an excellent job. My carpets never looked so clean.
I liked the fresh, non chemical smell, of my house. I also liked the care shown, e.g. slip on covers for the tech's shoe, runner for the hose.

Other companies have left my carpeting soggy. This was much dryer. Got most of stains out.

The service rep was professional and explained the services to be completed. The equipment hise broke and they had a new out in under an hour.

This our second year to have Zerorez clean our carpeting, and each year the young men who have come were very polite, very good workers and were willing to do whatever was helpful for us. The carpets have come out very clean, and nice not to have the strong odor. I also want to commend the women who do the initial scheduling and pricing and we appreciate the call the day before cleaning and the one 15 or 20 minutes before arrival to our home.

Ryan and Nick, my technicians, were extremely friendly and very helpful. They took extra special care when moving my furniture. They were very thorough and informative and helped answer all my questions. They are the reason I’m giving a 10/10.

Ryan and Nick did a very nice job. They answered all of our questions and gave us information on things we never thought to ask. The carpets were not sticky or crunchy when they dried. It seems as though the cleaning process worked well.
