Nick was the tech who came from ZEROREZ to clean my carpet and stairs on Fri.2/2/18. He arrived punctually at 8:30 a.m.. After reviewing the situation, he got to work and amazed me with his efficiency.

Nick explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He asked about additional services such as carpet protector but I never felt pressure.

I was very satisfied with the cleaning results and I will schedule another appointment at a later date to have the upstairs rooms cleaned as well.
