This is the second time we've used Zerorez and it won't be our last. We have 3 small dogs, so our primary focus was odor and sanitization. We are very happy with the results! The living room dried very quickly and smells so fresh!

In addition to the service itself, another reason for the 10 is Johnny, your serviceman. He was so nice and through, not only with the actual cleaning but explaining the process and making sure everything was up to his standard before leaving. Johnny holds a high standard and I'm sure other employees are great too, but this man was excellent!
We will recommend the service to others, and I would request Johnny by name for any future service!
