Personnel was very helpful and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job on getting our carpets and sectional cleaned.

I'll be honest...the first thing I asked Ryan (tech) was respect and honesty. In my opinion he fulfilled both request. Honest about the dog spots may reappear, in a lesser degree, due to the urine repetition....I knew that that was a possibility and acceptable. Respect, due to my age (73) he was courteous and helpful with a few furniture items in the two rooms.

I am pleased with the product, nice scent and was not extremely loud. Of course, as stated above, the service, both on the phone and in person was exceptionally respectful. That is important to me.

Definetly recommend to my friends.

Everything went beautifully, from my initial call to schedule to the time Ryan left my house.
I like the fresh, non chemical, smell your method leaves.
Ryan was friendly professional helpful and quick. He got out an oil stain that I didn't think he could and advised me what to do if it should begin to show again.

We had three bathroom tile floors cleaned and sealed, didn't get the same impression from that process. They were cleaned but the sealer effectiveness won't be known for awhile.
