i want to thank Zerorez for helping me at this time, we were involved in the July flooding and my carpets were a mess due to all the traffic of in and out. The carpets were very unhealthy and dirty. John did a wonderful job, and the rooms have such a clean smell and look very nice. John was very professional and did a pre walk thru and when completed another one. Explained the process and I have already given his name to my friend and she most likely will call. This is not the first experience with Zeroez and will not be my last.
