Carpeting was cleaned to my satisfaction. They were slightly damp but dried in about 4 hours. Entire house smelled clean and fresh. Lead Technician MATTHEW THIMONS was professional, friendly, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained every step of his work procedures and wore foot coverings over his shoes. It was a very cold day and front door needed to be open. He went out of his way to cover the opening to preserve inside heat. It was obvious he likes what he does for a living. Described Zerorez with pride. I will definitely request his service in the future.

I am very pleased with how my carpets look after having zerorez out to clean them. My house smells fresh and looks so clean. I can no longer see or smell the pet stains. Matt was the technician that came out. He was very professional and reviewed everything with us before starting. He was here a little over an hour to do 3 rooms, including stain treating our living room. It was very quick and he did a great job! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

Over priced up charges, that you put on the service techs.
You should offer pet or protection on a 3 room special, like you 3 rooms for $129 w/o protection something like 3 rooms at $210 with protection.
Optional charges of 400+ from the service tech. With comments like, if you dont do pet you will bring the pet smell out or the stream removed all the protection, so you wont have any if you do. Called the good old bait and switch. $274 to $747, Nice upcharging.
Pricing was explained, was easy to understand and was adhered to.
