I love how clean my carpets are after having Zerorez. I had two nasty stains, one food and one pet urine and Randy was able to remove both of them! I also love the smell of the Zerorez process because its not fake and heavily perfumed. I have a dog and you would never know it after Zerorez. I will definitely use this company again and I would also like to request Randy as my tech because he was great - very personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and super competent at his job! I couldnt be any happier with my cleaning - even my 15 year old said "wow, they look really good, Mom" and its hard to impress a teenager :) My husband commented this am that he couldnt believe he got the steps clean. My experience deserves the 10 rating.

You can get stains out
It’s easy to make an appt. The two times I used Zerorez, the carpets looked great and felt soft. The technicians were both super friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the quality of the zerorez process. Your scheduling and communication skills are not so good. I have repeatedly asked and emailed to add the apartment number to the invoice and call the resident manager for appointments, I am off site.
