I’ve already referred Dave and Zerorez. The same day of my service. I was ready to give up on my sofa and now it’s nice and clean! I’ve had one other company come prior to Zerorez and they did nothing, the technician drove me nuts, and it was a lot of wasted money. My experience with Zerorez was perfect. Dave was nice, professional, informative, and the end result exceeded my expectations. We had carpet and sofas cleaned. I look forward to having them back!

I have had my carpets cleaned on an annual basis for several years. The past few years I was with the same company, but needed to get cleaned earlier than usual, so wanted a company that left the carpets as dry as possible. There was 1 other company with that claim and a few days after the cleaning stains started to reappear. So I waited over a week before reviewing on here...and Zerorez is hands down the best! It was more expensive than the others (not drastically thought) (I have pets, so it is always pricey), but the results are dramatically better. It was 1 guy....and he was there for hours and was so thorough! I had my upholstery cleaned also (which I havent done in years), the results were amazing. The tech said the one couch may have one of the stains resurface bc of materials, but I was not expecting miracles on that one...I keep covered anyways. From someone that has had experience.....I highly suggest using ZeroRez!!!

Vance was great. He was friendly, assertive and accommodating.

When a part broke he was apologetic (although he didnt have to be, things happen) and he didnt hesitate to get a replacement part. He worked incredibly hard and diligently.

My vents are much cleaner and I feel the air quality has greatly improved in my home.

Chris was very efficient, explained what he was going to do, set-up the equipment, showed us pictures of the ductwork and even found a souvenir (small pink watering can) in the duct work. Had to have been there ~ 50 years. A big surprise!! Would highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to have their ducts cleaned. Thx for a great job Chris!!!!!
