We really liked how the carpet and upholstery came out. My only critique would be that none of the furniture was moved to do the carpet. If i would have been told that, I would have moved the items that i could.
Tech came right on time, had a bad a pretty bad ink stain on the carpet and he took care of it no problem. Didn’t even charge me extra. Carpets were dry super fast.
David was very professional and explained different options to me. There was NO hard sell, which is what I like. My carpeting looks lovely. Now if someone would just come back and put everything where it belongs!!! :-)

We were a concerned when the showed up 3 hours early due to a cancellation and we did not have anyone at the house to let the tech in. Customer service told us they would have another tech come during our confirmed time 11 - 2. Wyatt called at 2pm to let us know that he was about 15 minutes away. Wyatt was friendly and accommodating, during the cleaning he noticed our son's military graduation picture and gave us military discount and asked us to thank our son for his service. For a family with military this was sincerely appreciated! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend!

I had to work so wasn’t home. Zerorez was still able to clean my carpets. Jacob called before and went over everything with me. Called after to let me know he was done and sent before and after pictures by text! He was amazing! Carpets were amazing too!!!
