It's easy to get an appointment. Every tech I have met has been thorough, diligent and friendly. My carpets are freshened and dry quickly. The special prices are great on my budget.

Everything went very well. Dave the tech was informative and worked super hard to get the job done. Very pleased with the results. I was very pleased that there was very little odor to the products and what there was was fresh smelling.

The only thing that needs some attention, is when you call you are put on hold for a very long time until they can reach a technician or something like that. I called multiple times then gave up. Went on the computer and scheduled a time.
Yes, I went on the computer, though, there are still many that will not and would have moved on to another company. Just throwing this out there.

Our carpet cleaner Dave had 10/10 customer service! Very informative and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets! They look brand new! The best part is.. there is no aweful smell of chemicals. It smells fresh and clean and our carpets were dry within a couple hours. Excellent!!

The house did not have a hard smell, as when we had other clear the rugs. The service man was polite and friendly but very business like. Told us what he could do, and what he could
not do and the prices. It carpet dried very quickly, with no smell. Looked much brighter then
it has after being cleaned before.

Staff are friendly, professional and thorough. The carpet cleaning and upholstery clearing smells clean and looks clean.
