I was able to schedule the work on the day I wanted as well as the first appointment of the day; I was reminded and confirmed the appointment via text message; the truck and the two men doing the work were clean and professional; I was given the price of the job with everything explained before they started; and my carpets look terrific. They took extra care of not damaging woodwork and wore protective coverings over their shoes as well.
