Dante Giordano was on time, polite & considerate of my home. He put booties on each time he entered and removed them each time he left. The process was explained, in detail, as he followed me around while I showed him what I'd like to have cleaned. A quote was given, which I approved before he started, and it was exactly the same at the end. No hidden costs, no surprises. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. It's been a few days and the carpets still look and smell as fresh as the day they were cleaned. I will use Zerores services, specifically Dante Giordano, again and again.

Punctual, with a call before he arrived letting me know what time to expect him.
Was curtious, knowledgeable and a hard worker. Loved the natural cleaning solution. My carpet looked and felt like new, NO Sticky residue feeling I had with the last company.

The availability and customer service are like no other. I’ll gladly pay more for the services provided by Zerorez than any other company. Our technician, Lance, Was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He has a great personality and it was a pleasure having him to our home. When I schedule my next cleaning, I will be requesting him as well.
